Our Facilities

At the Ponderosa Assisted Living Community, we have a variety of rooms to choose from. All rooms include a living room, bathroom, kitchenette, closet space, and a private deck or patio.

Weekly housekeeping services are included in your monthly rent. Regularly scheduled cleaning days are established by the housekeepers. You must be in your room while the housekeeper cleans your apartment. If this is not convenient, you may waive this requirement by filling out a housekeeping waiver form and returning it to the office.

Housekeeping will scrub and sanitize your bathroom, dust, vacuum the carpet and clean the mirror and sliding glass door as needed. The in-between housekeeping chores are up to you.
