Move In Special
For a limited time only - November 1 through December 31, 2018, the Ponderosa is running a move-in special. Your move-in fee will be reimbursed after your third month of residency and will be credited to your fourth month invoice. Our current move-in fee is $500 for a studio and $750 for a one-bedroom apartment.
